General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or with your consent, we can source the product and ship it as soon as it becomes available.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses across India and international locations where permissible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping costs are non-refundable and logistics are handled through market leading third party service providers.

Delivery Time

The time required to deliver the products largely depends on the location and shipping partner. However, we aim to get the product delivered to you within 5-20 days.

Refund and Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipping

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are processed for shipping. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support team with your order number.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. It may take up to 7-14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

The following items cannot be returned:
